Shot-Gun Scamble - Tee Time will be 7:30 a.m. You will be assigned your tee-off
hole the day of the tournament.

The
Over 21 Golf Tournament will be held on June 18, 2011 at the City of
Alameda Chuck Corica Golf Complex. The Awards Dinner will be held Immediately
following the tournament at BarCeluna
Restaurant in Alameda.
The
cost of the tournament is $125 per person. In addition, you can be a Golf
Tournament Hole Sponsor. Hole Sponsors will have their name on a
tee-box and tournament program will be recognized during the Awards
Dinner. There are three sponsorships
to choose from:
Silver Sponsor $350. Includes Tee-box
signage and recognition at the awards dinner
Gold Sponsor $700. Includes 2 golf entries,
tee-box signage and recognition at the awards dinner.
Platinum Sponsor $1,400. Includes 4 golf
entries, tee-box signage and recognition at the awards dinner.
