Annual Golf Tournament 

 2008

The Over 21 Golf Tournament will be held on June 28, 2008 at the City of Alameda Chuck Corica Golf Complex.  The Awards Banquet will be held Immediately following the tournament.  

The cost of the tournament is $150 per person.  BUT, get your entry in by May 9^th take $25 (individual) or $100 off your team entry fees- that's a BIG saving for signing up and paying early !

In addition, you can be a Golf Tournament Hole Sponsor with the options below.

Silver Sponsor  $300.  Includes 15 raffle tickets.

Gold Sponsor   $600.  Includes 2 golf entries.

Platinum Sponsor $1,200.  Includes 4 golf entries.
